BAPTISTE
This is the portrayal of a person who has not had an easy life. It all began at the Hospital de la Esperanza in Barcelona, where he was born and where he stayed. They were difficult times for single mothers whose sole purpose was survival. The story of Baptiste, an abandoned child who had to raise himself with no one at his side, no support, no help, no future. He lived life by the day with his only objective being to find some food; he only had one mouth to feed.
He spent his time trying to guess who his mother was so as to have someone to talk to in his thoughts, someone to explain his frustrations and weaknesses. How would he overcome all
the doubts he had imprinted in his mind, the reasons behind his reality, from an unknown father and a missing mother, from a world that had turned its back on him, with no hope at all.
The images had a nostalgic, desperate, solitary and disoriented perspective, as if taking a look at lost time in search of the right path to follow. Trapped in a world that would give him the opportunity to escape, but not having enough power to do so.
